2013 Alliance Française French Film Festival
February 2013
In celebration of French culture, the Alliance Française French Film Festival has become the biggest foreign film event to take place in Australia and features an eclectic selection of some of the best movies to come from France over the last 12 years.
While last year’s event saw an attendance of 126,000 around Australia, 2013 promises to attract just as many, if not even more numbers thanks to the quality of the films, movie-stars and chic parties on offer. Film-lovers will have the chance to view movies including Haute Cuisine (starring Catherine Frot and Jean D’Ormesson) on the festival’s Opening Night, as well as Another Woman’s Life (starring Oscar-winner Juliet Binoche and Mathieu Kassovitz), A Lady In Paris (starring Laine Magi and Jeanne Moreau), and Farewell My Queen (directed by Benoit Jacquot and starring Diane Kruger), just to name a few.
The full festival line-up is available now from the official Alliance Française French Film Festival website.
The Alliance Française French Film Festival runs in Melbourne from March 6 to March 24.
